Our exceptional well lit auction floor is 7000 sq. feet and 7000 sq. feet of warehouse and storage.

We operate out of a 10 year old building with current building code standards, including indoor fire sprinklers. It is fully alarmed and monitored by BML Security. The building has double door front entrance as well as motion censored single sliding door for wheelchair access, and easy entry as well as carry out. We have a grade level 10’x10’ bay door for loading and unloading as well as a 5000lb forklift available.

We have onsite concession with valid food license through Capital Health Authority.

Parking

There is an ample amount of parking (150 – 200 vehicles) including 2 wheelchair stalls. Lighted parking lot is fully paved with landscaped premises.

We are close to Anthony Henday, Whitemud Freeway and Yellowhead Highway.
