Auctions R UsAuctions R Us Ltd. provides appraisal services of the contents of business and personal property. We are experienced appraisers and we keep up-to-date with the current value of goods.

All business and private appraisals are kept confidential. The appraised inventory is recorded with digital pictures and downloaded on CD for record and for client use. As well, each item can be individually listed with current market value.

With 15 years experience and knowledge in the auction field, along with the presentation of the building, the setup and presentation of the sale, Auctions R Us Ltd. is your future home of auctions!

  • Auctions R UsOur auctions sales can be conducted every week or at clients request. This gives us the opportunity to disperse the file at once or over a period of time to achieve market value for the items sold.
  • Topbid Auction program gives us the opportunity to lot and catalogue your sale items and gives you a complete listing of sold items, this gives the customer the opportunity to know what item is being sold and can put an approx. time on when a certain item is going to be sold.
  • Open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to receive incoming merchandise. Sale days are usually Saturdays.
  • All auction sale listings, details and pictures on web page. Upcoming sale listed ahead on web page for customer awareness.
  • Previewing of sale items held the day before sale, allowing customers, family, businesses and associates to view all goods that will be sold.
  • All sales are digitally camera recorded with voice to prevent discrepancies concerning price, items sold in quantity or bidders number.
  • Commission rates are negotiable, depending on size or value of file. Rates are 25% and up - this rate includes the setup, lotting, cataloguing, marketing and advertising.
  • We advertise with Edmonton Journal, Stony Plain Reporter, Spruce Grove Examiner, St. Albert Saint City News, various surrounding areas and on the internet (which includes pictures).
  • Sale proceeds/payouts within 10 business days with funds held in trust for the payee.
  • Licensed auctioneer with federal and provincial business licenses.
  • Member of the Alberta Auctioneers Association, Better Business Bureau, Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and Commissioner of Oaths.
